Do you feel a call to facilitate sacred,
safe space for women
to connect with the Divine Feminine?
Do you want to learn how to
facilitate profound healing
and transformation?
Have you been to women’s circles
and left with a longing to connect deeper than all the talking,
to have a free space for your full range of expressions,
a longing to feel Goddess moving through
your whole body and being,
but not knowing how to make it happen?
It is a sacred assignment to hold impeccable and safe space for women to reconnect with our essence and to retrieve our ecstasy; to heal, grow, and embody our deepest wisdom.
Those of us who feel this calling belong to an ancient and glorious lineage; since the beginning of time there have been women creating temple spaces dedicated to our deepest knowing.
…Circles where it is safe to fall apart and feel it all, where we can retrieve our wild intimacy with Goddess.
…Sisterhoods where we trust in our voice and our dance, where we awaken our instincts and rituals.
…Temples around the fire, or a candle; in huts, in living rooms, community centers, yoga studios or forest groves; spaces where we are free to grieve and heal, to roar and giggle, and pray with our whole body. Where we let ourselves be moved by something bigger than ourselves.
Women’s Temple as a Spiritual Practice
At the heart of the Women’s Temple Group we find a Goddess- centered spirituality, where the mess and beauty of embodied life is celebrated — not as a distraction to our spiritual path, but as the very expression of Her undivided totality.
You will learn simple yet powerful tools, practices and guidelines for how to create safe space, beautiful, permissive and sacred circles.
Embodied Spirituality
We cannot fully engage with Goddess wisdom by only reading about it; it is at its core highly experiential. The fierce challenge and loving invitation in Women’s Temple is to awaken and express divinity through our bodies, to heal the outdated schism between spirit and matter.
You will learn why and how to lead body-centered practices, gain basic understanding of trauma responses, and learn how to facilitate the magical co-regulation that can happen in sacred circles.
Welcome to Temple
A Women’s Temple is a place where women gather to practice, to pray, to hold and mirror each other as we stand here at the edge of evolution, with shaky legs and visions of outrageous love in our hearts, reminding each other that no, we are not crazy for feeling the way we feel, and no, we don’t have to do it alone.
A Women’s Temple group happens in living rooms, Zoom, yoga studios, beaches, community centers, forest groves and city parks. It can be a group of 3, 8, 17 or 48, the size doesn’t really matter. We create sacred space through our shared intention for coming together.
We gather to practice, to pray, to hold and mirror each other as we stand here at the edge of evolution, with shaky legs and visions of outrageous love in our hearts, reminding each other that no, we are not crazy for feeling the way we feel, and no, we don’t have to do it alone.
Leaving the chatter and distractions at the door, we move our bodies, feel our feelings and soften rigid behavioral patterns; we roar, laugh, pray, sing; contemplate, rest and breathe deeper; we fill up the inner well so that we can show up in our lives rooted, rested, and spiritually connected.
A lot of the practices are interactive and include movement, as well as respectful touch. The conscious use of touch as spiritual practice supports us to soften, open and invite deeper presence into our bodies. The numb and frozen corners of our body can be visited with gentle awareness as we cultivate a greater capacity to allow feelings, as energy, to flow through our bodies.
In the Women’s Temple Group Facilitator Training you will be supported in rooting your leadership in spiritual connection so that you can create your own temple group with confidence and trust, feeling supported and guided, as you hold impeccable, sacred and safe space, both for yourself and others.
Facilitate deep meaningful Connection
In Women’s Temple we focus less on speaking and more on embodied expression so that we can explore our whole instrument of communication instead of living only from the neck up.
However, this does not mean that we exclude talking, sharing our stories, and exploring potent inquiry questions within a sacred structure as an important part of our practice.
You will learn how to create sacred boundaries for your Temple and facilitate communication based on presence, depth and listening, that brings us deeper into connection instead of draining us.
How to structure your Temple
A clear and gentle structure creates safety and ease for the circle. If the structure is too rigid it will suffocate the magic that wants to happen in circle, if it is too fluid it will create insecurity and tension in the group.
You will learn the sweet spot where the structure you create becomes riverbanks for each woman to fully relax into the flow of energy moving through her.

Yoga of Sisterhood
In our modern culture many feel isolated and uprooted from community and belonging. Some have also experienced the pain of giving away our power or trading in our uniqueness in order to belong.
You will gain awareness of how to work with the shadows of the feminine, and learn how to use the Awakening Women Global Sisterhood Manifesto to nurture a sisterhood based on respect, compassion and personal responsibility, where we are aware of, yet not run by the petty dramas that so many of us have painfully experienced among women.
Sensual Awakening -Temple Touch
In Women’s Temple we practice respectful, non sexual, healing touch. Since we all respond to touch differently and have different needs and history around touch, it is crucial to set up clear guidelines, so that each woman can regain confidence in the signals from her body, her boundaries and her capacity for receptivity and pleasure.
You will learn deeply healing and nourishing hands-on practices that you can share with your circle, and also how you can offer clear and grounded instructions in a way that allows each woman to participate in integrity with her own inner guidance.
«The temple Training was more than what I could have expected!
It helped me open myself so that I may share the Divine Feminine with other women. Absolutely the most fulfilling experience that I have ever had. The training connected me to the energy within myself that flows from the Divine Feminine, which I carry in the deepest place in my soul and has enriched my journey. Jai Ma!»
Kim Stuart, USA
«My experience at the training has been very rich, deep and allowed me to embody what truly a women’s temple is all about. The teachings were delivered with such focus and clarity, and supported so well with the practices. It almost didn’t feel like learning but living the wisdom. This feels very special. Thank you for creating such a safe and open space for us all to be part of this Sisterhood.»
Aslihan Serdaroglu, UK
«The Temple Training has changed me in ways I was not expecting.
It connected me with something bigger, with something deeper inside myself and awoke me for a different way of living – more aware, loving, compassionate and in touch with my true essence. Deeply grateful for this retreat.»

:: About Women’s Temple
That which we are longing for is who we already are ~ this insight is the basis for our spiritual exploration in Women’s Temple. Our practice is not towards a goal of attainment in the future; it is a process of melting, of unraveling the wisdom and beauty already inherent in each woman. There is no more powerful place to do that than in a circle of conscious sisters.
Instead of reinforcing the status quo by focusing on our problems and personal shortcomings, Temple practices connect us with truth beyond our fears and limited self images. From this deeper place, we can navigate our lives with presence and inner guidance, instead of exhausting ourselves in trying to be leaders from a tense, competitive and disconnected state of mind.
Women’s Temple is not a therapy or a support group. It is a space where we come to mirror, celebrate and empower each other. A space where we can drop our masks and let the beauty of our authentic face be seen in all its glory and pain, all its passion and vulnerability.
:: About the Practice
Women’s Temple is based upon being present in the body. A lot of the practices are interactive and include movement, as well as respectful touch. The feminine touch has an inviting quality to it that softens, opens and invites deeper presence into our bodies. All the numb and cold places, the unmet corners of our body, can be visited with gentle awareness as we cultivate a greater capacity to allow feelings, as energy, to flow through our bodies. Respectful touch is most women’s favourite element.
The content of our Temple follows the curriculum developed by Chameli Ardagh, founder of the Awakening Women.
